We get off to a flying start. We go deep into your limiting beliefs and identify how you found yourself here. You'll set some powerful goals and this will be the start of an incredible journey!
I have designed different themes in each of these structured sessions of which I believe you will find most helpful, they may differ from client to client based on your goals set in the first session but all have been successful tools used for either myself, or other clients.
There will also be an opportunity at the end of these sessions for ten minutes for anything that has particularly come up that you'd like to discuss briefly.
These sessions are an opportunity for you to bring whatever is on your mind that week. It may be a follow-on session from a previous coaching session or it might be new.
This session will take place 4 weeks after the 11th session. It is a chance to look back at how far you have come on your incredible journey over the last 4 months. We celebrate YOU and your new life!
Just in case overwhelm kicks in, because I know how busy life can get and we all just need to take a hot minute sometimes, or maybe you have a tight deadline that you're struggling to meet at work. You can also use it if you need to catch up the previous weeks work.
Alongside the 12 sessions, I provide 6 months of text/talk support to ensure you feel fully supported throughout your journey. Think of this as having a coach in your back pocket. I'm on-hand to discuss anything between your coaching sessions or if you're having a particular difficult day at work.
These workbooks will be personalised to meet your our needs and goals, and will help hugely in your journey of achieving great results, and ultimately your transformation. You can browse in your own time and I will recommend some during your coaching session and you can either send them back to me for my thoughts or keep them just for your journey.
Along my journey of self development, I have fallen in love with many different spiritual and manifestation (Law of Attraction) topics. We can include these if you wish. Examples include Meditation, setting Affirmations, Tapping (EFT), Human Design, Journalling.
